took this photo during 'daylight' hours on the way back from the 'lab out of town' that i like to drive to in the rain, on a sunday, when i need urgent work doing.
did i mention i work 7 days a week?
every week.
...just as well i love my 'job'.
this morning got up at 6.30am with z and maximum.
spent a happy morning together and after a drive to beckton with mrs.perou, had a brilliant time at the 'soft play' gym.
taught maximum how to play 'it' and we chased each other up and down the 40ft climbing frames, jumped off a 'horse' into a pit of foam cubes and bounced about on a trampoline.
maximum loves it there.
z just stares in wonder, silently cursing the fact he can't quite walk yet.
packed for rome.
an early departure tomorrow.
this weather is what maximum calls 'a bad day'.
