pedicure and bruises
i've had to cancel my trip stateside.

apart from the many meetings i had lined up, i was really looking forward to being there: especially LA.
there's just too much going on with precarious house stuff.
helen (my old agent who is now doing amazing nail work for magazines like vog etc..) came over to give mrs.perou a manicure and pedicure.
i picked the boys up from nursery and when maximum got back, he decided he wanted his (toe)nails done too.
mrs.perou always freaked out when i wore nail varnish and/or lipstick (back in the day).
but she was happy enough to let maximum.
it's soooo unfair.
spent the day doing my end of quarter accounts and talking to compensation surveyors and solicitors etc...
THE FUN STUFF.
bought a good book today called 'i never knew that about england'
is very good.
not that i have time to read books, except when i'm flying...

i did not sleep at all last night due to endlessly repeating the list of people i had to call this morning.
i couldn't move on mentally: i was like (i am) a mental broken record.
usually i can take comfort in knowing that cider is my friend but recently it's making me just want to fight everyone.
thank god i'm not in celebrity big brother.
