z head
lord hamilton (the hair stylist) came and cut everyone's hairs (except mine): z, maximum, mrs.perou, frances (who now has a fringe) and fiona's.
it was a long evening.
i don't think 8 months is too young to be sporting a mohawk.
i've recently realised that i've started working differently: whereas for years, i've been doing a load of small editorial jobs amidst other bigger record company (etc...) stuff, now i'm concentrating on 'bigger' projects which take up more time and actually make me feel like i'm doing something worthwhile.
i never used to know what i was doing from one week to the next.
now i'm booked up till next year and i'm already working on stuff for then too.
the upshot of this is the work is getting better.
the downside is there won't be new work appearing as often as it used to here: i'll actually be photographing less people.
i'll continue to update the diary as regularly as possible.
lord patrick lichfield (the photographer) died last night aged 66.
we've got one of his great pictures on our wall: of charles and diana...genius.
